Oriana Echeverria’s story didn’t begin with opportunity — it began with determination. Raised in Venezuela, she came to the United States with one goal: build a better life through discipline, sacrifice, and relentless work ethic.

Starting from the ground up in a male-dominated industry, Oriana earned her place through performance — not shortcuts. She rose to become a Union Project Manager, trusted to lead complex teams, manage demanding schedules, and deliver at the highest professional standards.

Her experience extends far beyond typical residential construction. Oriana has served as a project manager on two of the most complex and high-profile hospitality developments in the country:

Hard Rock Hotel — Hollywood, Florida
A multi-billion-dollar, architecturally iconic project requiring precision execution, elite coordination, and uncompromising quality.

Gaylord Pacific Resort — San Diego, California
One of Southern California’s most recent and largest resort developments, delivered under intense timelines, massive workforce coordination, and commercial-grade performance standards.
